How updates are handled
Material errors are corrected visibly. New upstream changes may trigger a fresh assessment instead of rewriting a historically accurate snapshot.
Commercial independence
Payment can buy timing, scope, private work, or deeper assessment. It cannot buy a public outcome, suppression, or preferential correction handling.
