Effective April 5, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how AISecurityBase collects, uses, stores, and discloses information across the public site, account features, jobs/member workflows, and newsletter subscription surfaces.
1. Information we collect
Account data such as email address, display name, auth provider details, and basic profile information.
Member workflow data such as saved jobs, notes, fit summaries, recommendation records, and related product usage signals.
Newsletter consent and subscription-link records when you subscribe through AISecurityBase.
Operational and security data such as IP address, user agent, session metadata, audit logs, and abuse-prevention logs.
Aggregated page-view, visit, referrer, device, country, and performance measurements collected through privacy-first Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site usage and improve reliability.
2. How we use information
To provide authentication, account access, and protected member or ops features.
To operate saved jobs, fit scoring, learning recommendations, and related product workflows.
To maintain legal acceptance records and demonstrate consent where required.
To send newsletter communications if you separately opt in.
To secure the service, investigate abuse, monitor reliability, and improve the site.
3. Newsletter and Beehiiv
Newsletter subscriptions are handled separately from app accounts. When you subscribe through AISecurityBase, your email and related subscription metadata may be sent to Beehiiv, which manages subscription state, confirmations, unsubscribes, and message delivery.
AISecurityBase may store a local mirror of newsletter-link data for account UX, analytics, consent history, and linking a newsletter-only subscription to a later app account created with the same normalized email address.
4. Legal basis and consent handling
Account creation requires acceptance of the Terms of Service and acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy. Newsletter consent is optional and separate. We do not bundle newsletter consent into the required legal acceptance for account creation.
We may store timestamps, policy versions, source pages, IP address, and user agent information for legal acceptance and newsletter consent records.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may disclose information in the following limited situations:
To infrastructure, authentication, privacy-first analytics, and email/newsletter service providers that help operate AISecurityBase.
To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
To protect the rights, security, integrity, and safety of AISecurityBase, users, or third parties.
As part of a business transaction such as a merger, sale, or asset transfer, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information as part of the core product described on this site.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security and audit records, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Different data categories may be retained for different periods.
Deleting an app account does not automatically unsubscribe you from the newsletter unless AISecurityBase explicitly provides that behavior at the time of deletion.
7. Your choices
You can choose whether to create an account.
You can choose whether to opt into the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using provider-managed unsubscribe or preferences tools.
You can contact AISecurityBase regarding correction requests or account/privacy questions.
8. Security
AISecurityBase uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International and legal notice
AISecurityBase may process information in jurisdictions different from your own depending on infrastructure and service providers. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to applicable law.
10. Changes and contact
AISecurityBase may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, requesting renewed acknowledgment for account holders.
