Terms for AISecurityBase

1. What AISecurityBase is

AISecurityBase is an AI security publication and application surface that includes editorial case files, threat-model and current-status pages, software and employer context pages, newsletter signup, member account features, and internal operational tooling.

Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, jobs pages, employer pages, tool pages, and related directory surfaces are informational and contextual. They are not certifications, endorsements, guarantees, or binding statements of security quality.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You may create an account using supported authentication methods such as Google or email/password. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use the service to interfere with the site, its data, or other users.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use AISecurityBase to abuse, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.
• Do not use member or ops features to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not treat public content as permission to attack third-party systems, exploit live vulnerabilities, or bypass responsible disclosure.
• Do not misrepresent AISecurityBase pages as independent certification, legal advice, investment advice, or formal security assurance.

4. Editorial and research boundaries

AISecurityBase may publish historical case files, research notes, tool listings, jobs context, and live status pages. Historical articles are snapshots tied to a specific review date, scope, or source state. Live status views may change over time based on freshness, new evidence, reassessment, or upstream product changes.

You agree not to rely on AISecurityBase as a substitute for your own security review, legal review, procurement diligence, or operational decision-making process.

5. Jobs, fit, and learning features

AISecurityBase may provide jobs listings, saved-job workflows, fit scoring, skill-gap summaries, and learning recommendations. These features are informational aids only. They do not guarantee interview outcomes, hiring outcomes, compensation, or job placement.

Fit scores, recommendations, and role mappings are heuristic outputs built from the site's skill graph, stored data, and related logic. They may be incomplete, stale, or wrong.

6. Newsletter and communications

Newsletter subscriptions are separate from app account registration. If you opt into the newsletter, subscription state and delivery are managed through Beehiiv or another designated email provider. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not delete your app account.

Creating an app account does not require newsletter consent. Marketing/newsletter consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

AISecurityBase retains all rights in the site, branding, editorial content, original research presentation, and associated application logic, except where third-party materials are used under their respective rights or licenses.

You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of AISecurityBase or third parties.

8. Suspension and termination

AISecurityBase may suspend or terminate access to accounts or features that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or expose AISecurityBase or others to legal or operational harm.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AISecurityBase is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISecurityBase disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISecurityBase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, business opportunity, or employment opportunity arising from use of the service.

10. Changes and contact

AISecurityBase may update these Terms over time. Material changes may be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, requesting renewed acknowledgment for account holders.
